We have been blessed by tremendous support over the past several months as we have tried to look for ways to provide resources to our ministry partners in Uganda. As the Board of Embrace Uganda, we have recognized the need to have in-country representation. During our 2008 June Summer Mission Trip, our current administrators, AJ and Ana Overton, felt the call to move to Uganda to become our people on the ground to help implement our objectives, but also to help us understand better the needs of the children whom we are trying to serve. AJ and Ana have made a minimum of a two year commitment to be in Uganda.

Please find AJ and Ana's letter as they are asking for your support in this endeavor and a summary of Embrace Uganda projects underway.

In preparation for their work in Uganda, Ana has participated in a course offered by "SIFAT" to be better prepared for some of the community development tasks that they will encounter. The third attachment is a list of examples of some of the practical interventions that they may be able to share with the people in Uganda.
